The Advocate Glucose Test Strips are specially designed for use with the Advocate and Advocate Duo Blood Glucose Meter. There are several convenient advantages for diabetics choosing to monitor their blood glucose level with Advocate Glucose Test Strips.
The Advocate Glucose Test Strips allow the user the convenience of alternative site testing. Alternative site testing means you can use parts of your body other than your fingertips to test your blood glucose level. Instead of continually using your fingertips, you can choose to use your forearm, palm, upper body, calf or thigh to monitor your blood glucose level with Advocate Glucose Test Strips.
The Advocate Glucose Test Strips only require 0.7 microliters of blood for testing and provide quick results in just 7 seconds with capillary action.
Chemical components included in the Advocate Glucose Test Strips sensor are:
- 50% Electron Shuttle
- 32% Non-reactive Ingredients
- 10% Glucose Oxidase
- 8% Enzyme Protector
The Advocate Glucose Test Strips feature 50 easy to handle sensor strips in a flip-top bottle that is easy to open and close. A built-in desiccant keeps the Advocate Glucose tests strips fresh after you open the package. You also receive a code strip and a package insert with the Advocate Glucose Test Strips Box of 50.
