Is American Diabetes Wholesale affiliated with any other organizations?
No, we are an independent company that provides discount supplies. However, ADW is a proud supporter of many diabetes related groups, including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the American Diabetes Association, the American Association of Diabetes Educators, and Eye Care for Kids.

What are the expiration dates on the products listed on American Diabetes Wholesale?
All diabetic testing strips and lancets have at least 1 year expiration dates.

Why is my credit card being denied?
Due to high security checkout process we require that you provide us with the following information as stated on your monthly statement:
- Cardholder's Name - Exactly the way it appears on the card (including the middle initial, if any)
- Billing Address - Your billing address is displayed at the "Billing Information" page (this is where you fill the card information), on the upper right corner. This address has to be the same as your card billing address (the address where you receive your bank statements).
- Card Security Code - also known as CVV or CVV2 - See the help page
Debit Card Users: Please note that if your card has been denied due to incorrect information provided to us (Billing address, CVV, Expiration date, etc.) your bank may still have a hold on the funds that we have tried to authorized. This may occur as many times as you try and get denied. The hold is usually removed by your bank within 24-72 hours.

How do I Save/Load shopping cart?
Please make sure that you are signed in, Save Cart and Load Cart options are not available unless you are signed in. If you are not yet signed in, please use the option "Sign In" on the top right corner of your screen. If you don't have an account with American Diabetes Wholesale yet, please register.
To Save a Shopping Cart:
- Add all of the products that you would like to save, to you shopping cart (use "Add to Cart" or "Add to Shopping Cart" buttons for each product)
- Once you have all the products placed in your shopping cart with desired quantities, please locate and click on "Save Cart" link located on Shopping Cart page, below our security seals.
- Give this cart a name for future identification, and click on "Save" button. You may save as many shopping carts within your account, as many you like!
To Load a previously saved Shopping Cart:
- Once logged in, click on "Shopping Cart" link on the top of each page.
- Locate and click on "Select Cart" link located below security seals within shopping cart page.
- Select a previously saved shopping cart, the selected cart will be loaded. Please note that products that were added to your cart prior to loading will be lost, so make additions to a saved cart only after you have loaded it.
Please note that current prices will be applied for all products.
We suggest you to consider our Automatic Ordering Program if you order same supplies every time.

- Can I return an Auto Order shipment? Yes. Automatic Orders are covered by the American Diabetes Wholesale return policy.

Is my order shipped discretely?
Yes. We take every precaution to protect your privacy with your order. Your order will arrive in plain packaging, with a company return address listed as “ADW”, and no indication of the contents inside the package. We take pride in the fact that our customers can shop confidently with us.

No, American Diabetes Wholesale only sells products that are made for US markets.

Do I need Prescription to shop at American Diabetes Wholesale?
For most of the products at American Diabetes Wholesale such
as glucose meters, diabetic test strips, glucose lancets and other OTC
items you will not need prescription.
However, there are some items that require a prescription,
please read the product descriptions to find out whether or not
you will be asked for an order of a physician before we ship.
If you do purchase an item that your state requires a prescription
please fax your prescription after you placed your order to (866) 995-4820.
Please reference your invoice number on your fax. If we already
have your prescription on file, you will not need to send it again,
unless it has expired.
In general, if the local stores of your ship to location require a
prescription on items that you are purchasing then we will ask for it as well.

Is there minimum purchase amount?
There is no minimum purchase amount at American Diabetes Wholesale,
you can buy as little as one box or as many as you need. Our quantity
discounts give our customers the flexibility whether you are a diabetic
patient or a small / medium business looking to provide your patients
with low cost, high quality diabetic and OTC supplies. We provide
EVERYONE with a savings on their supplies.

What is a guest order?
This option is for placing a one time order without creating an account
for return orders. We will NOT have access to your contact information,
including your order number and tracking number. Please keep your tracking
and/or invoice number for any questions regarding your order that you may
have in the future. We recommend you sign up as a customer for us to better
serve you with all your customer service needs.
There are NO additional steps to sign up as a customer, and there are several benefits:

What type of payments do you accept?
- Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
- PayPal: PayPal accounts are welcome.
- Check/Money Order: If you do not have a credit card you can still place an order using "Check/Money Order" as payment method and send your invoice number (will be provided to you at the end of checkout process) to us via mail with
a money order, cashiers check or personal check.

Do you accept insurance plans?
Currently we don't bill any insurance companies, however majority of our customers that have insurance still order from us and upon receiving their products submit the invoice to their insurance companies for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company before placing an order to check whether or not you are qualified for any reimbursements.

How can I get a copy of my invoice?
We email confirmation of all orders with a breakdown of items, price and tracking information. If you need a hard copy of any invoice, please sign in with your email address and password on the top right corner of our web site. This will show you your account history. Just click on the date of the invoice you want to print.
Alternatively, you may get your invoice by visiting our Order Tracking page.
- Enter your order tracking number (please note, this is not the shipping tracking number, this is the order tracking number provided by us for every order), usually 6 to 10 alphanumeric code that is uniquely assigned to each order.
- Click on “Go” and you will see your detailed invoice that is ready to be printed.
OR, juat email us at and we will provide you with a copy of your invoice within 24 business hours.

Are your payments secure?
Yes - we implement industry standard security policies to protect you while you shop. What are your shipping rates and policies?
All orders over $100 will be shipped FREE of charge
via Standard shipping option shipped within the continental United States. In most cases, this will be shipped via USPS 2-5 day service.
USPS does not guarantee Mail transit time.
Please upgrade your shipping method to Express - UPS
(Next Business Day by UPS) or Two Day - UPS
(Second Day by UPS) if you need your supplies quicker. Heavier shipments will be sent via UPS Ground, so please provide us with a physical address if your order weighs over 4 lbs.
Any order shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or a military / APO address may be subject to additional shipping charges based on the weight of package.
Orders are shipped from Deerfield Beach, Florida. Delivery confirmation number
for your package will be sent to you via email as soon as we ship your order.

Any exchanges or returns must be reported to our customer service within 5 days. Please email
help@americandiabeteswholesale.com with
your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return.
All products that are being returned must be in the same condition as received, we will
not accept opened or partially used items.
If you try a product and are unsatisfied with the product’s performance please contact
the manufacture directly for any possible exchanges/refunds. We will gladly accept any
returns that are fully sealed and are in the same conditioned as received within 30 days.
When returning your items please package them so they will not get damaged in transit back to us.
Please verify your order when received, American Diabetes Wholesale strives for
100% accuracy of all orders shipped, and we want you to be satisfied with our products and service.
