All orders over $100 will be shipped FREE of charge via Standard shipping option shipped within the continental United States. In most cases, this will be shipped via USPS 2-5 day service. USPS does not guarantee Mail transit time. Please upgrade your shipping method to Express - UPS (Next Business Day by UPS) or Two Day - UPS (Second Business Day by UPS) if you need your supplies quicker. Any order shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Orders are shipped from Pompano Beach, Florida.
Delivery confirmation number for your package will be sent to you via email as soon as we ship your order.

Any exchanges or returns must be reported to our customer service within 5 days. Please email service@americandiabeteswholesale.com with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return. All products that are being returned must be in the same condition as received, we will not accept opened or partially used items. If you try a product and are unsatisfied with the product's performance please contact the manufacturer directly for any possible exchanges/refunds. We will gladly accept any returns that are fully sealed and are in the same conditioned as received within 30 days. When returning your items please package them so they will not get damaged in transit back to us.
