American Diabetes Wholesale is proud to offer our products to customers within the United States and Canada. Products, shipping rates and fees may vary based on weight and delivery address.
If you are located outside the United States or Canada, please email service@americandiabeteswholesale.com with all your contact information and the products you would like to purchase. We are working to expand globally in the near future and may be able to service your needs.
Introduction
- Your packages may be subject to the Duties, Taxes and Customs Fees of your country. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation.
- You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from American Diabetes Wholesale, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Please check with your customs office before placing your order. No refunds will be given for items that are seized by your local customs agents.
- American Diabetes Wholesale will not knowingly ship any product to any country that may require any type of license.
- Only those items that have no import restrictions will be shipped internationally.
- For example, we do not ship vitamins and dietary supplements to Europe and Canada.
- We also do not ship diapers or pant liners internationally.
Most orders ship within 24 business hours (US EST).
- Most orders are shipped from our Pompano Beach, Florida, distribution center.
A Delivery Confirmation Number for your package will be sent to you via email, as soon as we ship your order.

**All sales on international orders are final. We do not accept Returns for International shipments.**
