    Intended Use:

    MAXIMA™ Test Strips must be used with the MAXIMA™ Blood Glucose Meters for the quantitative measurement of blood glucose level in whole blood. MAXIMA™ Test Strips are only designed for in vitro diagnostic only (outside the body)

    How to handle and store Your MAXIMA™ test strips:

    • Store the MAXIMA™ test strip vials in a cool place 46~86° F (8-30° C). The test strips are not designed to be exposed at direct sunlight, or frozen or refrigerated.
    • Do not mix or switch the test strips from one vial to another
    • Quickly put the cap back on the vial after each use
    • The test strips are designed to be used once removed from the vial
    • You must discard the leftover test strips after 3 months of opening each individual vial, otherwise the test strip may cause inaccurate results
    • Avoid handling the test strips with wet hands and avoid bending or cutting the test strips as well.
    • The test strips are designed for "Single use Only" do not attempt to use them more than once.
    • Please refer to the user's manual for further instructions of how to take full advantage of the MAXIMA™ test strips
