Being multi-dose insulin user requires a lot of testing. I like the NovaMax because they are reliable, and affordable. I'm successful with six(6), injections in 24 hours because this system is affordable and accurate. I don't use the 'preferred' machine my insurance covers, the strips are $1.50/each and my quantity is rationed by them. NovaMax allows me to budget for my needs, my safety. I never run out, because they will overnight express to me. I chose this also for the second test on one machine - ketones - no one else has that feature. Overall, I tell every diabetic I know about this product. I assure them that I dose all day, feel well, and it's not expensive. Thank you NovaMax.

I love to use my Nova Max glucose test strips. Don't use any others.

I use my Nova meter to mostly gauge my ketone levels and I seem to get consistent numbers when I check twice in a row. However, I can not say the same for the glucose strips. I didn't realize there was a problem until I got a 55, checked again and got an 88, checked again is was 96. It is really discouraging as I've been dutifully recording all my glucose numbers for a month not to mention the finger pricking. Luckily I'm not diabetic or pre diabetic but it really upset me that I've spent all the money, time and effort and to see how certain foods affect my glucose levels and now I'm not sure I can even trust what I've been recording. I'm dumping Nova altogether!

The NovaMax sugar strips are easy for me to test my sugar levels. I tried several other brands, this meter is my favorite. The number on the screen is easy to see and the results are fast.

I choose the Nova Max Glucose Test Strips.. Because they do not require a large blood sample. Just a small drop and your done.. I've tried others and you need a large blood drop.. So, to me.. its prefect.. Love them.. Thank You...
