      This is the smallest needle (31 gauge) and syringe (1/3 cc) combo I can find on the web site. Great for cats (my use), and people who need small precise amounts of insulin (1/2 cc units). The only drawback is the size, very hard to see, and the needle is very thin, bends easily. A five pack is available for less total cost, SY86227065045PK5
