Delivery confirmation number for your package will be sent to you via email as soon as we ship your order. To be sure that you are receiving our emails (order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etc.) please add @americandiabeteswholesale.com to your "approved sender", "whitelist" and/or your "address book". At this time we send emails from service@americandiabeteswholesale.com
Our shipping rates are based on order weight.
A diabetic meter kit is approximately 1lb. Glucose test strips and lancets are about 0.1lb.
Please keep in mind that orders that are over $100 will have an option for free shipping via Standard (2-6 Business Days) shipping service.
Most orders placed will ship on the same day if received by 3 PM EST. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be shipped on the following business day. If you are shipping to a PO Box, please only select standard shipping method.
Most orders are qualified for $3.95 or FREE shipping!
- Orders over $100 and shipped within the continental US will have an option for free shipping via Standard (2-6 Business Days) shipping service.
- Orders under 2 lbs and shipped within the continental US are qualified for the $3.95 shipping.
Saturday delivery is only available in some areas; please call 877-241-9002 to get rates and availability before you place your order.
Heavier shipments will be sent via FedEx Ground, so please provide us with a physical address if your order weighs over 4 lbs.
- For all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or a military / APO address, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package. Shipments may also be subject to additional shipping charges.
- All shipments weighing over 10lbs are also subject to additional shipping charges.
Incorrect addresses: Please check your order for the accuracy of your shipping address. Incorrect addresses may result in a $10 address correction fee. This fee will be added to your credit card.

Any request for exchanges or returns must be reported to our customer service within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please initiate a return email service@americandiabeteswholesale.com with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return, or call us @ 877-241-9002 M-F 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST. All products that are being returned must be in the same condition as received, we will not accept opened or partially used items, unless the product is defective. We will gladly accept any returns that are fully sealed and are in the same conditioned as received within 30 days. When returning your items please package them so they will not get damaged in transit back to us.
Please verify your order when received, American Diabetes Wholesale strives for 100% accuracy of all orders shipped, and we want you to be satisfied with our products and service.
Some special order items that are available in different sizes and colors are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the fee applies to a particular product, it will be noted on the detail page of that particular item.
